We just got back in town yesterday from a nice little get-a-way with just the two of us. We are so blessed to have my parents living close and that they were willing and able to take care of the kids for us while we went away to relax a bit. We went here. It was great that it wasn't too far away. We stayed at a nice hotel that was right on the lake. We had lots of time to relax and also spent a little time shopping on the historic town square. Oh...and we were also blessed with perfect weather. Temps were in the 70's and 80's, which I guess "they" would say is unseasonably warm for this time of year.
