We had such a nice time with the family on Christmas Eve. We all went to my brother and sis-in-law's church together, went out to dinner, and then over to their house for our yearly birthday party for Jesus.
Okay, Okay...we get it. This party is all about Jesus. Just let us have the cake now!
It was a late night for us because we also do our stockings on Christmas Eve. So as soon as we got home from our extended family time, it was time to get into our PJ's. Then we finished up another yearly tradition, this
interactive nativity. This is another great tool to help us focus on Jesus. The kids really look forward to it and love taking turns opening up the boxes. We finally got to open up the stockings before putting all of our sleepy heads to bed!
